Once an order has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or handled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Processing

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
